John Craig

There were several contemporaneous John Craigs.

Rev. John Craig was a noted Presbyterian traveling evangelist who visited Opequon when the Abingdon Colvilles, Newells, Blackburns, and Craigs were there.

A John Craig was a pirate (privateer) out of Pennsylvania in 1780 with Hugh McBride and John Patton.

John Craig married Martha White.

Licensed to build a mill on Pistol Creek in 1795.
